Prizes: Medals 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male, Female in each event wetsuit and non wetsuit.
Events:
- 1500m: £30
- 3.8km: £45
- 5km: £48 (cut off time 2hours)
- Junior (up to 14yrs age on the day): 400m: £10
Registration event times
- 5km: 1.30 - 2pm briefing 2.10pm. Warm up/acclimatisation 2.20pm (Race starts 2.30pm)
- 3.8km : 2pm - 2.30pm briefing 2.40pm. Warm up/acclimatisation 2.50pm (Race starts 3pm)
- 1500m: 2.15pm - 2.45pm briefing 2.55pm. Warm up/acclimatisation 3.05pm (Race start 3.15pm)
- 400m Junior 2.45 - 3pm briefing 3.10pm. Warm up/acclimatisation 3.20pm (Race starts 3.30pm)
