About the event
Join us for our annual night swim and swim or dip in the lake guided by twinkling lights, laughter and moonlight.
Beautiful food will be served to warm you up and nourish your soul for all participants.
A guided breathwork session with be led by our resident certified Wim Hof instructor with limited spaces available. This session will help to balance your hormones and move you into a calm, tranquil, happy frame of mind.
