Winter Swimming

 

November 1st - March
 
From November 1st, we will be running Winter swims and our experienced team would be delighted to guide as many of you on your cold water swimming adventure.

In addition to casual sessions, we will be running courses as introduction to cold water swimming and immersion.

 

We will cover both the mental and added physical benefits of cold water swimming in a safe environment.

Regular Winter Swims

We will be running cold water sessions with enhanced safety cover.

 

Included in the cost of your entry will be warm refreshments.

 

The showers and changing rooms will also be accessible*

Cold water swims - Checklist

Swimming Costume / Wetsuit.

A wetsuit is not mandatory but will keep you warmer

A tow float and brightly coloured swimming hat.

These are mandatory and can be bought on the day.

Gloves, boots, neoprene hat and goggles are all optional but can keep you warmer.

A warm change of clothes for when you get out and a warm hat.
