Join us this boxing day at our annual festive boxing day dip in support of Manchester Mind, the mental health charity.
This Boxing day will be even more fun with prizes for the craziest fancy dress, guided mass breathwork, 'generate your own heat' workshop held by Wim Hof instructor, Jane McCormick and fabulous food prepared by @cf_organicwellness
Not to mention, 20% of the proceeds will be donated directly Mind Manchester whose fantastic work supports so many people struggling with mental health challenges.
