Join us this boxing day at our annual festive boxing day dip in support of Manchester Mind, the mental health charity.
This Boxing day will be even more fun with prizes for the craziest fancy dress, guided breathwork by Wim HOf instructor @janechannelswim and fabulous food prepared by @cf_organicwellness
This year swimmers will receive a limited edition swim cap designed by one of your junior swimmers in our design a cap competition as well as a commemorative patch.
Not to mention, 20% of the proceeds will be donated directly Mind Manchester whose fantastic work supports so many people struggling with mental health challenges.
