About the event
Join us this Boxing Day at our annual Boxing Day Dip in the lovely clear cool water of Sale waterpark in support of Manchester Mind, the mental health charity. Have a dip, swim, chat and laugh with fellow brave festive souls.
We will also have a guided breathwork session, with our Wim Hof instructor @janechannelswim and fabulous food to feed your soul.
Learn how to 'generate your own heat' after a chilly dip.
Brightly coloured hats or a tow float are a must for our cold water sessions. Wetsuits are optional
