About the event
Join us for our annual night swim, where you can swim or dip in the lake under the guidance of twinkling lights, laughter, and moonlight.
Delicious food will be served to warm you up and nourish your soul for all participants.
A guided breathwork session will be led by our resident certified Wim Hof instructor, Jane McCormick @janechannelswim with limited spaces available.
This session will help balance your hormones and bring you into a calm, tranquil, and happy state of mind.
Your dip will be followed by a hearty soup and some cake, and we encourage you to stay and chat.
We are thrilled to announce that this year all participants will receive a commemorative "10 years of nighttime dipping" glow-in-the-dark pin badge designed by our good friend Emma Weston of @emmawestonillustration.
