Join us to celebrate the Summer Solstice and swim in the dusk.
Beautiful food will be served to warm you up and norish your soul for all participants.
A guided breathwork session will be led by our resident certifed Wim Hof instructor with limited spaces available. This session will help to balance your hormones and move you into a calm, tranquil happy frame of mind.
