SWIIT - Swimming Intensity Interval Training

SWIT is a combination of high intensity interval training and swimming...... think of it as an aquatic bootcamp!

We will combine on land exercises that will develop your swimming muscles with bursts of high intensity swimming.

​

These sessions will not only build your strength, stamina and fitness but they will also prepare you for racing and be a lot of fun.

​​

Sessions run on a Thursday and Saturday and are led by our qualified coaches. These coaches are not only swimming coaches / teachers but they are also qualified in strength and conditioning.
