**Deep Tissue Massage Service at Open Swim** At Open Swim, elevate your recovery with our deep tissue massage therapy, expertly delivered by Sam, a highly experienced therapist with a master's degree in sports therapy. Choose between invigorating 15-minute or 30-minute sessions, with extended appointments available upon request. Whether you’re an athlete in training or just seeking some much-needed TLC, Sam tailors each treatment to meet your individual needs, ensuring you leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to swim.
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations up to 24 hours ahead of your booking. If you cancel your booking, we will be happy to refund 80% of the cost of the service . This covers the cost of processing the payment initially and then refunding it. If you would like to rearrange your booking, we will be happy to accommodate that where possible. We are not able to rearrange or refund if your cancellation or request to rearrange is made with less than 24 hours notice.
